1:1 AI Coaching

I coach people to build with AI agents — from zero to one.

I've been coaching people to build with Claude Code and Codex since May. Twenty-plus clients in — and some keep coming back.

A professor. A therapist. A mom who'd never written a line of code. None of them needed more AI news — they needed someone to sit down and build the actual thing with them.

That's what a session is. One-on-one, real-time, built around your idea — not a tutorial.

You walk in with nothing built. You walk out with something that runs.

How it works

$200 USD / session

2 hours · one-on-one
book one at a time

The first 40 minutes, I show you how AI agents — Claude Code, Codex — actually work. Then you build your own demo, and I walk you through the whole flow step by step as you go. By the end, the thing runs — and you know how you got there.

I stayed up until 2am after the session. Not because I had to — because I couldn't stop.

Operations Lead, Recycling Company (US)

I have zero coding background. By the end of the session, I had a system generating content ideas on its own.

Parenting Content Creator

In under fifteen minutes, we'd built a working demo. I just sat there stunned.

First-time Builder

What used to take a whole team several days, I can now do solo with AI in an afternoon.

Climate Intelligence

AI Benchmarking · Climate

True Zero

“Most climate claims survive a press release. Not all of them survive this.”

The AI read the reports. I decided what they meant. Six rounds of review to make sure we agreed. This is what I found.

Geospatial + AI

Smoke Story

“Most wildfire tools show you the data. This one tells you what it means.”

Real-time satellite layers — active fires, smoke, PM2.5 — combined with AI-generated narrative and financial impact modeling. Built for anyone who needs to understand what's actually happening, not just what the numbers say.

AI Chatbot · Workplace

NoThanks

“You already know you should say no. You just don't know how.”

Describe the situation. Get a response you can actually send. Built on frameworks I learned at BCG for saying no at work — without burning bridges.

Understory

Demo

“Our language for nature is thin. Come closer.”

In a forest, in sudden rain, in light through leaves — you have felt something that language has no room for. Somewhere, it has a name. Twelve words, each one a door.

Music · Space

Echo

“Cold, vast, and quiet. The way space actually feels.”

Built after watching Project Hail Mary. A starfield that breathes with the music. Three classical pieces — Debussy, Satie, Holst. Or bring your own.

Two Months In. Here's What I Actually Learned.

“The answer was never something you find outside. It grows from within.”

Not tactics this time. Inspiration, identity, agency — the stuff underneath.

I Shipped Four AI Products in One Month

“No developer background. No roadmap. Just a download and a problem worth solving.”

What I actually figured out about learning AI by building — from climate policy to four shipped products in one month.

Climate AI Builder · Coach

I grew up in Hangzhou — one of China's most beautiful cities. For years, it also had some of the worst air. I wanted to do something about it.

At WRI, I analyzed national climate plans for countries around the world. The conclusion was uncomfortable: the world was far off track.

At BCG, I was the go-to knowledge team expert on climate science and policy. I helped a Middle East government write their national climate plans, and helped corporations build net zero strategies they could actually execute.

Now AI makes it possible to build faster and better than ever. I'm not going to miss that.

Have a problem worth solving?

I'm open to consulting, collaboration, and the right full-time role.
